“Bailey can go from goofy to glamour model in seconds!” – Alana

Alana was right, one minute Bailey was completely serious, the next he had the biggest smile. His session at Halswell Quarry was so much fun.

After taking the risk with touch and go weather the week before, which didn’t pay off, we headed to the park an hour before sunset. We were much more fortunate on our second attempt and managed to capture some of the last autumn colour still on the trees in the most amazing evening light.

I met Bailey at Santa Paws and was thrilled I got to see him again when Alana booked his session. He is a big goof, loves his cuddles and in true retriever style, always wants a treat! How could anyone resist that smile, what a handsome chap.

As the session ended and the sun started to sink below the horizon, I managed to capture the final silhouette of Bailey tasting the sun.
