2015 was another crazy year for FURtography. I spent the first half of the year completing my 3rd book, A Dog’s Life. It was a real honour to travel around this beautiful country meeting so many wonderful people and their dogs. Work on the book didn’t stop me finding time for private sessions and undertake some commercial client work too. I even managed to get in a few non-pet related shoots for my own pleasure and I got to test lots of different camera gear in doing so (thanks to Olympus, Sony, Fujifilm and Canon!). I’ve also continued working with K9 Rescue and Rehoming on their adoption photos and the second Dogs and Dudes calendar, and I am happy that in 2016 I will start creating adoption images for Cat Rescue Christchurch too, I also worked on a calendar for them (both calendars are still available in the FURtography Shop). These images are just a small selection of my favourite images from the year.

2016 is shaping up to be super busy too, after doing 3 books in 3 years, this year I am focussing my business on commissioned work for clients like you. So if you have been wanting to book a FURtography session, now is the time to get in touch! I hope to be running a 1 day pet photography workshops in late March/early April, and I have some other big plans for later in the year too.
